Two Mideast countries to ban BlackBerry functions

Two Mideast country such as United Arab Emirates and Arab Saudi plan to block blackberry features . United Arab Emirates country announced plans on to block e-mail , instant massaging and web browsing on the devices beginning October 11 in a  argument how they store and transmit data.Saudi Arabia has directed two mobile operators in arab Saudi to stop the Black Berry instant message function .

UAE`s decision was the result of “failure of ongoing attempts, to bring blackberry services in line with UAE telecommunication regulations”. BlackBerry services operate ahead of the enforcement of current telecommunications regulation in the country.

BlackBerry data is immediately exported offshore, where it's managed by a foreign, commercial organization. UAE take this decision is based on the fact that certain BlackBerry services allow users to act without any legal accountability, causing judicial, social and national-security concerns."
